- Where possible drawdown contracts will be in place to ensure coherence of systems

- Sgharepoint will become a key communication tool across the VEC and at Service/School level (new StaffZone)
- Hardware and Software support across the VEC will be offered by a single provider following a competitive tender in 2011
- As many work processes as possible should be delivered using new Staffzone (Sharepoint in the Cloud)
