Key points from our discussion
- We need to challenge ourselves and alll staff and learners to use our systems to best effect. Many staff currently use technologies in limited ways and do not fully explore the potential for ICT systems and resources we have.
- We need to create the space for innovation - It needs to be part of the way we work
- GCL are going to give parents access to e-portal - this is the type of approach that needs to be adopted
- Innovation and research is not simply about staff attending events - It needs to be the culture of the organisation
